Because regular USPS ground service provides no guarantees, Thriving Ink cannot be held responsible or liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders using USPS. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the invoice. Thriving Ink will not be held responsible for lost product as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US mail or supplying an incorrect e-mail address.
