An outsider's guide to tee culture - Brands we love

Branding is kind of a big deal in tee culture. The look has to be cohesive but unique. Industry giant Johnny Cupcakes seems to have this mastered, from his cupcake logo to his “bakery” boxes. When you see a Johnny Cupcakes tee, you can tell it’s a Johnny Cupcakes tee.

And while we love a consistent aesthetic, Thriving Ink strives to allow for creative freedom in everything. Here are some of the growing independent brands we love and carry (other than our own, of course) at Thriving Ink & Co. They individually each have a unified look and attitude, but altogether give us a little diversity at the shop.
