Meet Matt

Matt Dronkers hasn't let becoming a business owner at 19 go to his head. In fact his gratitude for Thriving Ink--and being able to work with his family--keeps him grounded enough to serve as human signage for shop events when required. He's super thoughtful, down-to-earth, and always excited about where Thriving Ink is going next.

He founded the company with his mother and sister in Feb. 2008 and dove into the creative side of the business, selecting artwork for tees and working with customers on custom shirt projects. He anticipates soon taking over as main art curator as the brand grows. His favorite TI & Co. pieces are versatile Ryan Alamillo designed tees Omnipotent Eye and Sea of Japan. And he makes sure they're ALWAYS folded perfectly when he's at the shop.
